MENSTRUATION TROUBLES:

Menstruation is bleeding from the vagina that happens about once a month, as a normal part of the menstrual cycle. It is also known as having a period.

Medically, menstruation (also termed period or bleeding) is the process in a woman of discharging (through the vagina) blood and other materials from the lining of the uterus at about one monthly interval from puberty until menopause (ceasing of regular menstrual cycles), except during pregnancy. This discharging process lasts about 3-5 days.

Beside the bleeding, other signs and symptoms of menstruation may include headache, acne, bloating, pains in the low abdomen, tiredness, mood changes, food cravings, breast soreness, and diarrhea.

Causes of irregular periods include:

• Eating disorders
•  Thyroid problems, such as hyperthyroidism.
• High amounts of prolactin in the blood.
• Certain medicines, such as those for epilepsy or anxiety.
• Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
•  Primary ovarian insufficiency (POI)
•  Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)
• Stress.
•  Uncontrolled diabetes.
•  Obesity.

Menstruation problems include:

• Amenorrhoea (absence of periods)
• Dysmenorrhoea (painful periods)
• Menorrhagia (heavy periods)

COMPOSITION:
Each tablet contains: Calcium Phosphoricum 3x, Ferrum Phosphoricum 3x, Kalium Phosphoricum 3x, Magnesium Phosphoricum 3x, Kalium Sulfuricum 3x each 20mg w/w and excipients Q.S to tablet weight.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
No evidence exists for any established interactions with food or other substances/conventional medicines. Data derived from laboratory studies and healthy volunteers does not shows any of the serious effects of illness.
ADVERSE EFFECTS:
No adverse effects have been reported or observed till date. However existing symptoms may get worse temporarily when homoeopathic medicines are taken. Some individuals may experience sensitivity to the lactose in the tablet base of the remedy. Although the overall risk of homoeopathic remedies causing an adverse effect appears to be low. It is better to consult a Homoeopath instead of self medication which might results in negative effects due to improper diagnosis.
INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER SUBSTANCES:
There is no evidence that homoeopathic remedies interfere with other substances. Alcohol, tobacco and unhealthy life style may effect the efficacy of Homoeopathic remedies so try to avoid these habits for achieving best results. It would not be anticipated that there would be any interaction with conventional medicines.
DOSAGE:
As directed by the registered homoeopathic doctor.
Adult: 4 Tablets 4 times a day with every 3 hours interval.
