Introduction:

Insomnia:

Insomnia is a type of sleep disorder in which Individuals find difficulty to fall asleep, stay asleep, or both.

Causes:

The causes of your insomnia will depend on the type of sleeplessness you experience.

Short-term insomnia:

It may be caused by stress, an upsetting or traumatic event, or changes to your sleep habits.

Chronic insomnia:

Pharmacology:

HR 41 has anxiolytic and sedative potential due to its unique herbal contents Avena Sativa, Passiflora Inc, Piscida Ery, and Valerina off. HR 41 has potent sedative, spasmolytic, hypotensive effects and stimulates respiration. HR 41 effectively relieves nervous agitation, difficulty in falling asleep or nervous gastrointestinal symptoms.HR 41 contains Passiflora and valeriana which induce prominent dose-dependent direct GABA_A currents in hippocampal slices; it helps in modulation of synaptic GABA_A reuptake. GABA was found to be a prominent ingredient of Passiflora extract. Valerian compounds decrease the degradation of GABA, increases GABA at the synaptic cleft via inhibition of reuptake and increase in secretion of the neurotransmitter. HR 41 has Anticonvulsant effects against pentylenetetrazol (PTZ) induced seizures.HR 41 contains Piscidea ery which is used as day time sedative as well as anxiolytic and fear fading effects.HR 41 has overall has complete sedative and tranquilizing potential with additional spasmolytic, muscle relaxing, anxiolytic, and antiulcerogenic properties.

• Passiflora Inc 1D 5% v/v
• Piscida Ery 1D 15% v/v
• Valeriana off 1D 20% v/v

Formula with properties:

Avena sativa 1D: Inability to keep mind on any one subject. Nervous headache, Sleeplessness.

Passiflora Inc 1D: Has a quieting effect on the nervous system. Insomnia, produces normal sleep.

Piscida Ery 1D: insomnia due to anxiety, best remedy for nerves.

Valeriana off 1D: Hysteria, over-sensitiveness, nervous affections. Changeable disposition. Feels light, as if floating in air. Over-sensitiveness .Hallucinations at night.

Dosage Directions for use

Dosage: 50-60 drops 1 hour before going to bed with fresh water.
