IVY PAN Syrup (Sugar Free)

Indications:
Indicated for throat pain, hoarseness, cold, and inflammation of the pharynx and larynx. IVY PAN acts as a bronchodilator, cough suppressant, expectorant, mucolytic, and spasmolytic agent.

Composition:
Each 1 ml contains Hedera Helix (EHPI) 0.08 ml.

Therapeutic Agents:
Alternative medicine for the treatment of cough and its associated symptoms.

Proven Indication:
Ivy leaf (Hedera helix) extract is commonly used in over-the-counter, non-antibiotic cough treatments. This extract contains saponins, which have natural expectorant effects.

Dosage Directions for Use:
Shake the bottle well before use.
The usual recommended doses of IVY PAN Cough Syrup are as follows:

• Children 1–6 years: Half teaspoon, twice a day.
• Children 6–12 years: One teaspoon, twice a day.
• Adults and children over 12 years: One teaspoon, three times a day.
  For children under 1 year, please consult a healthcare practitioner (HCP).

Duration of Treatment:
The duration of treatment with IVY PAN depends on the nature and severity of symptoms. For mild to moderate respiratory inflammation, treatment should last for at least one week. To ensure complete recovery, it is recommended to continue IVY PAN Cough Syrup for an additional 2–3 days after symptoms have resolved.

Precautions:

• Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
• Pregnant and lactating mothers should consult a healthcare practitioner before taking this medicine.
• If symptoms like dyspnea, fever, or purulent sputum persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.
• Concomitant use with other medications is not recommended without medical advice.
• If a dose is missed, do not double the dose; continue with the next scheduled dose.
• Do not use IVY PAN Cough Syrup after the expiry date stated on the outer carton and bottle.
